Role Description
Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support legacy systems within a manufacturing ecosystem. The BA will collaborate with Business, Quality, Technical SMEs, Product Owners, and project teams to analyze existing processes, define requirements, assess application impacts, and support implementation, testing, validation, and deployment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead business and system requirements gathering and analysis.
Document As-Is / To-Be business processes, data flows, and system flows.
Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements.
Manage requirements, backlogs, and documentation using Jira.
Conduct impact, dependency, and risk analysis across interfacing systems.
Manage change requests and scope changes.
Facilitate requirement reviews and stakeholder workshops.
Support UAT planning, test scenarios, defect analysis, and release readiness.
Maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Leads, Business, Quality, and development teams.
