Required:

Experience with business analysis (3-5 years)
Experience with requirements gathering sessions and business requirements prioritization
Experience with process improvement, process mapping, workflow and SOP documentation, and risk analysis
Experience developing executive-level reports
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, healthcare administration, or a related field
Preferred:
Experience with federal/state government, public health, or healthcare environments
Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or healthcare administration (MHA)
Experience with Lean Six Sigma, project management, or change management training or certification
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Elicit, analyze, document, prioritize, and maintain business, clinical, operational, data, and reporting requirements for EHR initiatives and enhancements
