Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Director Sales Operations, the Senior SalesForce & Business Analyst drives efficient global planning and reporting processes at Heraeus Medevio. A key responsibility in this context is managing the Medevio CRM system (SalesForce including selected add-on software). This includes defining its data architecture, monitoring and automating functionality, providing user training, ensuring data integrity, and supporting system reporting. The Senior SalseForce & Business Analyst also serves as a key member in global sales-driven enhancement projects.
This is a hybrid position that can be based out of either the Fridley or White Bear Lake, MN locations, and may require the ability to move between both sites as needed.
What You’ll Do Every Day:
- Overall responsibility for the SalesForce model architecture, data and reporting logic as well as for its governance. This includes definition and management of the system interfaces (e.g. to Snowflake) to ensure overall data integrity and data availability.
