Key Responsibilities
The Office of Recovery Services (ORS) is seeking a collaborative, analytical, and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join the Imaging team within Business Electronic Technology (BET) . This position focuses on supporting and optimizing document imaging technology, automated workflow systems, relational database querying, and data reporting to meet agency objectives and IRS/federal data compliance standards.
Day-to-day responsibilities of this position:
- System & Workflow Support: Coordinate, maintain, and support imaging hardware, capture platforms, and document workflows (including high-volume scanners, desktop systems, and imaging software).
- Database Querying & Ad-Hoc Reporting: Utilize SQL to query PostgreSQL relational databases, extract datasets, and generate ad-hoc reports to support operational analysis, program metrics, and management decision-making.
