As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will serve as a key financial resource, supporting complex financial reporting, CCBHC costing report creation and maintenance. financial analysis, budgeting and regulatory compliance. You will help ensure that Riverbend's financial practices align with the evolving requirements of a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC).

What You’ll Do
- CCBHC Cost Reporting & Rate Optimization: Lead the annual preparation and submission of CCBHC Cost Reports, modeling Prospective Payment System (PPS) rate impacts and unit costs to optimize reimbursement.
- Executive Financial Reporting & Analytics: Synthesize complex data into executive dashboards, trend analyses, and variance reporting for the CFO to track KPIs and primary cost drivers.
- Financial Modeling & Strategic Forecasting: Design multi-year financial models, labor/overhead distribution analyses, and ad hoc projections to guide resource allocation, workforce planning, and service decisions.
- Sustainability & Cost All
