The Building People is seeking a Maximo Integration Data Specialist to support data migration and system integration activities for enterprise asset management initiatives. In this role, you will assist with analyzing source and target data environments, supporting integration and migration strategies, developing migration and interface components, and validating data exchanged between IBM Maximo and interconnected enterprise systems. The ideal candidate possesses experience with data management, systems integration, and Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) services, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This position plays a key role in ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and seamless information exchange across complex technology environments.

• Monitor integration data migration workstreams and coordinate activities with project team (10%)

Required Skills
- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science Engineering Applied Mathematics or other technical or mathematical fields with 3 years of experience in federal OR
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science Engineering Applied Mathematics or other technical or mathematical fields with 5 years of experience in federal OR
- 5+ years of experience with integration Data and Optimization program definition and execution across multiple industries
- 3+ years of experience with data governance and implementing data management standards across large-scale projects and organizations
- 3+ year of experience with integration of Maximo with 3rd party enterprise platforms leveraging MIF services
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Cloud Environments (AWS, IBM Cloud)
- Prior Experience with USPS
- Certified Maximo Deployment Professional
- Understanding of IBM Maximo application, functionalities, and configuration options
- Experience with Maximo custom object creation and workflow design
- Experience serving as Task Leader or technical liaison
