Businessolver is growing and is looking to add a Business Analyst to our team.
- Responsible for performing requirements gathering, functional, data analysis, and system design and configuration.
- Leading discovery discussions and documenting with clients
- Working with multiple projects and collaborating with diverse resources to meet timeline objectives.
- Proficiency in recognizing and documenting data types, regulations, mapping, and conversion needs.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between clients, implementation teams, and stakeholders to meet project timeline goals.
- Engaged in product enhancements for design and testing.
- Collaborate and coordinate with IT (Information Technology) and Product Development teams to conduct system testing and validate bugs.
- Maintain system and instructional documentation for internal and external use.
- Recognize and escalate deficiencies in implementation plans and identify schedule conflicts.
- Engage in continuous business process standardization and re-engineering efforts.
- Assume responsibility for the entire process from initial receipt of work to its resolution and closure.
- Perform research and root cause analyses as compliance-related issues arise.
- Supports in coordinating statistical data for analysis and research conducted by other departments.&n
