Job Description
I'd like to prioritize Business Systems Analysts who have strong experience working with Real World Data (RWD) and can effectively bridge business, data, and technology teams. Some key skills and keywords to look for include: Real World Data (RWD) Real World Evidence (RWE) EHR / EMR Claims Data Registry Data Patient-Reported Outcomes (PRO) Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) Healthcare or Life Sciences Analytics Ideally, candidates should demonstrate strengths in business analysis, data analysis, and healthcare/life sciences domain knowledge. Experience with data mapping, integrations, migrations, and translating business requirements into technical solutions would be especially valuable.
