Elicit, define, and manage business requirements across the RPA lifecycle.
Develop Process Definition Documents (PDDs), documenting as-is processes, automation/bot paths, business rules, exceptions, and requirements.
Analyze, simplify, and standardize business processes to identify automation opportunities.
Translate business needs into clear automation requirements.
Consolidate and prioritize automation demands and support portfolio roadmap development.
Collaborate with business process owners, leadership, and development teams.
Establish effective discovery practices and governance.
Manage multiple initiatives and support timely delivery.
8+ years of IT/Business Analysis experience.
6+ years of Intelligent Automation/RPA experience, preferably UiPath or comparable platforms.
Strong Business Analysis expertise across the RPA lifecycle.
Requirements elicitation, process analysis/modeling, and prototyping.
PDD development and documentation.
Jira, ALM, Rally, or similar tools.
Understanding of system architecture, application portfolios, SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and iterative development.
Experience with RPA, Generative AI, and/or Agentic AI.
Strong stakeholder management, business acumen, analytical thinking, problem-solving, project management, and prioritization skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
