Primary Responsibilities:
1) - Business Systems
- Contribute directly to the ongoing effectiveness and optimization of core business systems, including Epicor Kinetic ERP, Salesforce CRM, and other supporting systems.
- Work directly with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Sales to understand requirements and translate them into structured and scalable solutions.
- Support and project manage system upgrades, new module implementations, and process standardization efforts.
- Proactively explore and pilot new system features, workflows, and enhancements to improve performance, usability, and business value.
2) - Data & Analytics
- Contribute directly to managing how data is sourced, transformed, and moved between systems—building queries, ETLs, and processes that support reliable analysis and reporting.
