Job Summary/ Key Responsibilities:

Operates expense accounts and their related financial data.

Prepares robust operation cost variance analysis report on both routine and ad hoc basis.
Identifies areas of potential cost saving and revenue increase to optimize group margin.
Identifies areas of improvement opportunity by the adoption of new controlling processes.
Compares actual expenses against revenues for profitability analysis.
Works on project-based assignments with efficiency purposes.
Presence required on‑site 5 days per week
Performs other related duties as assigned.
