The Office of the Chief Financial Officer - Assessors division is accepting applications for a Financial Analyst II position.
The Financial Analyst II performs an expanding range of professional analyst assignments in a developmental capacity. The Financial Analyst provides input and assists with routine and simple financial analyses concerning the City Government and other City Agency financial and operational results. The key services provided include, but are not limited to: participating in the examination, review, study or other financial analysis; assisting in the preparation of detailed reports to show sources of information and explain the basis for conclusions; participating in the making of recommendations on the basis of detailed analysis and evaluation; assisting in creating and tracking budget to actual across multiple years; and assisting to execute a month-end close process that includes variance analysis and forecasting.
