VK Capital Ventures Inc. runs Travel Villa Kitchen — a Houston chef co-op, cooking-class and private-dinner company (plus Six Rows Coffee and Farm2Chef, our farmer-chef marketplace). We are Human First service practitioners: healthy communication and people who are happy and emotionally safe in service is how we work. We are hiring a Data Analyst to be the execution engine of our Data Science OS: the standing queries, cleaned pipelines, and dashboards that every decision in the company runs on.
Responsibilities
- Stand up and run the Data Science OS: standing queries over Stripe, Eventbrite, Base44, and the finance workbook, refreshed on cadence
- Build and maintain the pace dashboard reconciled to the money figures — one number, everywhere
- Run the survey data pipeline: Protein Pool household responses cleaned, ZIP-coded, and dashboard-ready for the Survey Takers pool from week 1
- Build the social KPI data feed (followers, engagement, conversions by account) in the shape the Social KPI system consumes
- Deliver the weekly snapshot inputs on schedule, every week, working under the Senior Data Analyst's definitions and QA standard.
Qualifications
- SQL + spreadsheet mastery; one BI/dashboard tool end-to-end
- Reconciliation discipline — you catch your own errors before anyone else does
- Writing clarity — your numbers land in reports founders and investors read
- Nice to have: Stripe/Eventbrite data, Python, small-business or nonprofit finance data
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Schedule
Full-time, standard business hours, on a weekly snapshot cadence.
