The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience developing or analyzing KPIs, documenting business processes, and implementing quality assurance and control measures.
They understand Utility operations, administrative practices, and team policies, and can translate organizational needs into effective metrics and process improvements.
The candidate is highly organized, self disciplined, able to manage multiple priorities independently, and maintains accurate records with strong attention to detail.
The candidate is skilled in conducting independent analyses of organizational programs, activities, procedures, and operating systems, and is adept at monitoring industry best practices, analyzing trends, and drafting clear, actionable recommendations.
