The Project Management Business Analyst creates project management processes and templates to support consistent project delivery. This requires an understanding of standard project management processes such as a waterfall, stage gate process as well as Agile methodologies such as SAFe and Scrum. The PM BA will be an advocate for project management best practices and be able to coach project managers and technical leaders on the value of processes and templates. The Project Management BA will continuously refine and evolve processes and templates based on feedback from the organization and observations on what drives effective and predictable delivery. The ideal candidate will have 5 – 7 years of project management experience executing projects as well as experience as part of a Project Management Office, creating centralized processes.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC; Quincy, MA, and Chicago, IL.
