$50/hr on W2 & $55/HR on C2C

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Data Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze data, and translate requirements into clear functional and high-level technical specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL and analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and experience delivering data-driven business solutions.
Specific Responsibilities
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and data mapping documents.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and business insights.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Support data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with business users.
• Create and maintain business process documentation and requirement artifacts.
Qualifications
• 8 to 15 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or related role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience working on enterprise data, reporting, analytics, and business transformation initiatives.
