A Financial Data Analyst position is available at Garney. The Financial Data Analyst will support Garney’s newly established FP&A function by analyzing financial and operational data, developing dashboards and KPI reporting, and providing data-driven insights to support forecasting, planning, and strategic decision-making. This role will work closely with FP&A leadership and Financial Analysts to build reporting and analytics capabilities, making it an excellent opportunity for a highly analytical professional who enjoys transforming complex data into actionable business intelligence.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Analyze financial, operational, and project data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers
Develop reporting and analyses that support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning
Perform variance analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making
Build and maintain dashboards, KPI reporting, and executive scorecards that provide visibility into business performance
Create clear and impactful data visualizations that transform complex information into actionable insights
Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to develop meaningful performance
