Responsibilities:
Support execution of global brand and content update activities across customer-facing marketing communications.
Build and maintain organized inventories of marketing assets, including status, ownership, priority, and required updates.
Work with product, regional, digital, creative, and functional marketing partners to support consistent messaging, visual identity, and content accuracy.
Track decisions, dependencies, approvals, and completion status to keep workstreams moving efficiently.
Coordinate updates to product data sheets, brochures, sales presentations, event materials, videos, templates, and other customer-facing collateral.
Maintain accurate asset inventories, source file references, version details, and status documentation.
Support established review and approval processes to help ensure materials are ready for use.
Identify obsolete, duplicate, incomplete, or inconsistent assets and recommend next steps for resolution.
Support website content and digital asset updates to help maintain brand consistency, content accuracy, and a strong customer experience.
Assist with content replacement, migration support, and quality checks across relevant digital properties.
Help coordinate localization and translation workflows as needed.
Review published content for accuracy, working links, appropriate asset versions, and alignment with brand standards.
