Job Overview:
The Senior Claims Analyst works closely with process leaders to develop KPIs, enhance operational reporting, perform analytics to highlight process opportunities, complete month-end close responsibilities, and analyze financial data to identify areas of opportunity for the organization.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Retrieve and mine relevant data from key systems (SAP, AS400, Facets, Business Objects).
- Prepare month-end reporting and analysis.
- Perform financial and operational research work and prepare analyses such as claim analysis, collection rates, and productivity reporting.
- Compile or prepare reports, graphs, and charts of developed data.
- Analyze claim data, provide reporting and trend analysis, and identify areas of opportunity for efficiencies.
