Triunity Software is looking for a sharp and driven Business Analyst to join our growing team in Calgary, AB. Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across departments
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories for development teams
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit and validate requirements
- Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including BRDs, process flows, and use cases
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or technology environment
- Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based delivery
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with a detail-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- CBAP certification or equivalent is considered an asset
