Help keep our vehicle inventory accurate, organized, and ready for customers.
United Access is looking for a Vehicle Data Specialist to help maintain the accuracy and integrity of our vehicle inventory information across locations and business systems.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving discrepancies, improving processes, and coordinating across teams. You'll work at the intersection of vehicle inventory, automotive operations, data management, and business systems, helping ensure our teams can rely on accurate information about where vehicles are, their current status, and whether they're ready for sale.
You don't need to be an IT specialist. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working in multiple systems, and naturally curious when something doesn't look right.
What You'll Do
As a Vehicle Data Specialist, you'll help keep our vehicle inventory records accurate and resolve issues when the information in our systems doesn't match what's happening in the business.
You'll:
· Maintain accurate vehicle inventory data by reviewing information such as vehicle details, mileage, location, ownership, status, acquisition information, conversion details, and availability.
· Investigate inventory discrepancies and work with the appropriate teams to determine what happened and get records corrected.
· Monitor vehicle movement and status from ordering and transit through receipt, transfer, and in-stock inventory.
· Support physical inventory reconciliation by helping resolve differences between vehicles physically at a location and what's reflected in our systems.
· Monitor vehicle holds and other inventory exceptions, following up on aging or unresolved items and escalating issues when needed.
· Help ensure vehicles are accurately represented for sale by identifying missing or incomplete inventory information
