To support various applications and software used system-wide in a manner that helps achieve the goals and objectives of the end-users and increases efficiency and productivity across the District
Job Summary:
- Provides desktop support, while troubleshooting student database issues for all users and serve as the main point of contact for support calls
- Manages all data associated with (includes, but is not limited to) the ISBE State Information System (SIS), Skyward, state testing, i-Ready, student instructional databases, and business/financial databases
- Builds and maintains master schedule in the student data system
