EXPLEO GROUP USA is looking for an Aftersales 12V Technical Analyst & Data Specialist to join a dynamic and expanding team in Troy, MI.
Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership
- Serve as the Aftersales Subject Matter Expert (SME) for 12V battery diagnostics, testing procedures, and battery-related field concerns.
- Lead technical investigations involving battery failures, no-start concerns, charging system performance, and diagnostic process effectiveness.
- Analyze battery tester performance, software validation results, and diagnostic accuracy studies.
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, Warranty, Service Engineering, Technical Assistance, Supply Chain, and Supplier organizations to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
- Support the development, validation, and continuous improvement of battery testing procedures, service processes, and dealer diagnostic tools.
- Lead and coordinate a cross-functional 12V Aftersales Task Force to resolve emerging field issues.
- Facilitate technical reviews, working sessions, and executive-level presentations.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze dealer battery tester data, warranty claims, telematics information, repair orders, and vehicle field performance data.
