Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) invites applications for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Operational Analytics department. This position is a FULL-TIME opportunity based out of our regional office located in Washington, D.C. with a hybrid work model.

Reporting to the Lead Data Consultant, the Senior Data Analyst provides analytical and consulting support to MAPMG leadership to inform strategic decision-making. You will lead complex data analytics projects, develop comprehensive clinical, operational, and financial analyses, and transform data from multiple enterprise systems into actionable insights and recommendations for organizational leaders.â¯
You can expect to:
- Lead the development, maintenance, and validation of HEDIS and other healthcare quality measures to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable measure results and alignment with applicable measure specifications.
