The Role: The Data Analyst I supports the collection, maintenance, validation, analysis, and reporting of testing and assessment data. This position assists with ensuring data accuracy and integrity while helping prepare reports, manage databases, and support operational and client reporting needs. The role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their technical, analytical, and database management skills within a testing, scoring, and assessment environment.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn, with foundational experience in SAS programming, database technologies, and data reporting tools.
The Responsibilities:
Data Administration
- Maintain and update assessment and testing databases.
- Perform data entry, validation, reconciliation, and quality control activities.
- Review datasets for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Assist with importing and exporting data files from internal and external sources.
- Support data governance and security standards to protect confidential candidate and client information.
- Document data processes, procedures, and business rules.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Assist in analyzing testing, scoring, and operational data.
- Generate standardized and ad hoc reports for internal departments and clients.
