Responsibilities:
Ensure all project tasks are completed on time and aligned with the objective; alert managers of any at-risk open items
Manage the Solve for Tomorrow program mailbox, website, beneficiary communications, and general administrative tasks (e.g., maintain distribution and contact lists, process invoices, etc.)
Submit and maintain all contracts and invoices, highlighting any pending items or risks
Maintain Citizenship team process manuals and templates
Coordinate volunteer events in Benevity platform
Conduct research to support program objectives
Maintain program lists and reporting
Support broader Citizenship team on high priority events and community impact activities
Support the collaboration with internal communications team to elevate the program
Collect and document contract and invoices for all Citizenship partnerships
Support the development of post-event and other summary reports
Manage the Solve for Tomorrow mailbox and website; collaborate with agency partners and developers to ensure timely updates
Ad hoc tasks and analysis, as requested
