About the Team
The Bank Tech Analytics team is a group dedicated to advancing data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across the enterprise, delivering comprehensive services for Bank Tech while actively contributing back to the broader organization. The team provides core capabilities spanning metrics and insights frameworks, applied analytics, operational efficiency automation, and AI integration. Through continuous stakeholder partnerships and automated data pipelines via Snowflake/Onelake and Databricks, Bank Tech Analytics transforms complex information into actionable insights and custom reporting solutions. This work enhances the developer experience, equips leaders to drive strategy, and delivers high-impact value by fostering enterprise-wide collaboration and pioneering innovative analytics transformations.
On any given day you will be challenged on three types of work – Innovation, Business Intelligence and Data Management:
Innovation
- Use Open Source/Digital technologies to mine complex, voluminous, and different varieties of data sources and platforms
- Build well-managed data solutions, tools, and capabilities to enable self-service frameworks for data consumers
- Demonstrate ability to explore and quickly grasp new technologies to progress varied initiatives
Business Intelligence
- Partner with the business to provide consultancy and translate the business needs
