An exciting opportunity exists to join as a Senior Data Analyst in the Wireless Service & Equipment Finance team. This position will be responsible for creating and maintaining Tableau dashboard that including dashboard design, creation, master data file building, data mining and measuring service & equipment revenue /usage KPIs and be able to be as story teller. Candidates will work very closely with various teams to provide value-added analysis on Wireless Revenue.
The Sr. Data Analyst will be based in Toronto and will provide expert data management to Wireless Service & Equipment Finance.
What you'll do:
• Design, develop, enhance and maintain Tableau and/or Power BI dashboards supporting Wireless Service & Equipment Finance reporting and performance management.
• Develop and maintain master datasets and reporting data layers using Databricks, SQL and Python, including data extraction, transformation, integration and validation from multiple data sources.
• Build and automate weekly and monthly financial scorecards, dashboards and management reports, providing clear insights into performance trends and key business drivers.
• Analyze large and complex datasets across multiple source systems to evaluate wireless subscriber, revenue, equipment, usage and other financial/business KPIs.
• Translate business and Finance requirements into scalable data models, queries, dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and Databricks workflows to extract, join, cleanse, transform and aggregate large datasets for financial reporting and business analysis.
• Use Python and SQL to automate recurring data preparation, validation, reconciliation and reporting processes.
• Develop visually effective dashboards that enable users to understand performance, identify trends and investigate key drivers.
• Perform detailed data validation and reconciliation between source systems, master datasets, financial results and reporting outputs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
