Your Role at Sephora:
Ready for a career glow up? As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll be consolidating, analyzing, and reporting financial results for Sephora North America across month-end close, internal forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range strategic planning. The work you do will impact beauty, as you partner closely with teams in Canada and the U.S. to provide strong quantitative analysis, clear financial storytelling, and a continuous-improvement mindset. What You’ll Do:
- NA Sales Reporting: Own North America sales reporting, including the production of Weekly Sales and Monthly Sales Reports and the consolidation of monthly forecasts by day and promo reporting.
- Month-End Deliverables: Support month-end deliverables including Anaplan reporting, internal forecasts, variance analyses, and producing content for management presentations.
