Job Overview:
The organization is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst with 7+ years of experience in data analysis, SQL, data platforms, and business insights. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, MongoDB, and SQL, along with a solid understanding of US healthcare and health insurance data. The candidate should bring a strong product mindset, with the ability to understand business needs, translate them into data requirements, analyze complex datasets, and provide actionable insights that support product and business decisions. Experience working in an Agile delivery model and collaborating with Product Owners, business stakeholders, engineering teams, and QA teams is essential. Domain experience in US healthcare or health insurance is highly preferred.
