DescriptionCitizens’ Decision Science organization is seeking a Principal Data Analyst to lead high-impact analytics initiatives that translate complex business questions into scalable data solutions, actionable insights, and measurable business outcomes. This role is intended for an experienced analytics leader who can own the development, implementation, and periodic update of Net Present Value models for the Consumer Deposits portfolio, independently shape analytic strategy, guide project execution, and serve as a trusted partner to senior business stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
- Own Deposit Net Present Value (NPV) calculations, methodology, and improvement strategy
- Evaluate the assumptions required to extrapolate customer behavior beyond the observed measurement period and assess the sensitivity of NPV estimates to those assumptions.
- Lead multiple high-priority analytics projects from problem framing through delivery, ensuring solutions are accurate, timely, scalable, and aligned to business strategy
- Convert ambiguous business questions into data requirements, analytic approaches, reusable datasets, and profitability related analytic products that support customer, product, pricing, marketing, and strategic decisions
- Interface directly with business stakeholders to anticipate needs, shape priorities, influence direction, and maintain alignment and trust throughout the project lifecycle
- Partner across Analytics, Technology, Finance, Product, Risk, Data, and other teams to design flexible, modular, and well-governed analytic solutions that can adapt to changing business needs
