This entry-level position focuses on high-volume data entry, records management, and administrative organization within maintenance operations. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with exceptional attention to detail who can maintain accurate records and manage documentation efficiently in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform high-volume, accurate data entry into maintenance databases and system records.
Maintain, organize, and archive paper and electronic maintenance files, equipment logs, and documentation.
Assist the maintenance team with updating records, schedules, and work order details.
Ensure data consistency, integrity, and compliance across all maintenance documentation.
Support day-to-day administrative tasks for the maintenance department as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
Entry-level; previous administrative, data entry, or office support experience is preferred.
