Job Profile Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to partner with business and technology leaders across the enterprise. In this role, you will lead complex discovery and analysis, identify opportunities for process improvement and technology-enabled transformation, and translate business challenges into actionable recommendations that deliver measurable value.
The Senior Business Analyst will independently lead cross-functional discovery, assess current-state processes, design scalable future-state solutions, and develop business cases and recommendations. The role will guide opportunities involving artificial intelligence, automation, analytics, workflow optimization, self-service capabilities, system improvements, and broader operational transformation through intake, evaluation, prioritization, governance, and implementation planning.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Digital Transformation Discovery & Strategic Analysis
- Independently lead enterprise-level discovery from initial intake through recommendation and leadership decision, using workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions to uncover business challenges, pain points, manual processes, and transformation opportunities.
