Job Description:
The Senior Business Analyst has the primary responsibility to elicit, analyze, validate, specify, verify and manage the business requirement needs of the project. He/she will also participate in testing, implementation and support phases of the project.
In this role, you are required to gain an understanding of complex systems, dedicatedly analyze business processes, and improve the current digital properties, including branded customer-facing websites and internal IT applications.
Responsibilities:
Accountable for creation and execution of detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, solutions and test plans and scripts.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to elicit business needs and priorities.

Document the following requirements:
Business requirements
Functional requirements
User stories
Test plans/scripts
Partner with UX/UI team to translate requirements into design documents.
Coordinate and Partner with Functional Analyst to deliver functional specs to the development team using existing templates to translate business needs to blueprints for development.
Maintain documentation and write new documentation as needed, working with the development and business teams.
Work with technical resources to translate business requirements into technical terms.
Understand and can explain the benefits of, and how to use, marketing technologies including content management, merchandising, loyalty, campaign, and other automated marketing platforms.
