Job Summary:
The Sr. Data Analyst works closely with department leaders to understand each team's reporting needs and develop a plan to empower stakeholders with the metrics and insights that they need. This role will be responsible for implementing and teaching stakeholders how to utilize their dashboards.
Responsibilities Include:
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, clinicians, analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders, to identify key business problems and develop analytics solutions that drive growth and innovation.
- Communicate sophisticated analyses and results to a wide array of business partners with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Create and maintain operational dashboards to understand company performance over time and enable partners with self-serve tools.
- Develop efficient and scalable end-to- to end workflows and identify opportunities to improve existing processes.
- Translating business operations and processes into scalable data and reporting.
- Partners with internal data team:
- Collaborates with data team members to contribute to evolving data-warehouse requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years working in data & analytics / data science, preferably at a start-up or a technology-focused healthcare company.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience performing analysis and complex data transformations with SQL.
- 4+ years of demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, reprioritize on the fly, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Experience manipulating large data sets and uncovering insights utilizing disparate data sources and tools.
- Proven experience using clinical data tools and platforms (e.g.: patient assessment collection tools) and data visualization tools like Tableau to track and analyze clinical performance and outcomes.
- Experience with dbt / Git / Python / R is a plus.
- Experience with healthcare quality metrics, patient satisfaction, and care effectiveness measurement.
