As our Sr. Marketing Analyst, you'll be the analytical powerhouse behind our customer acquisition efforts, monitoring campaign performance and delivering optimization recommendations that shape marketing investments and strategies. Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

Lead campaign performance analysis: Serve as the definitive source of truth for all marketing campaigns, rigorously evaluating effectiveness across conversion funnels, channel attribution, and customer lifetime value (CLV) to identify high-impact opportunities.
Develop Modeling and Attribution Frameworks: Spearhead the creation of robust models, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), to precisely attribute customer acquisitions and inform data-backed investment decisions.
Generate Reporting and Insights: Deliver compelling, data-supported interpretations and recommendations, crafting intuitive reports and presentations that demystify complex findings for stakeholders at all levels.
Build Automated Dashboards: Design and maintain dynamic, self-service dashboards using advanced visualization tools, iterating based on input from cross-functional partners like risk, operations, finance, and marketing teams.
Support Data Infrastructure: Collaborate closely with Data Engineering to ensure seamless, high-quality data pipelines that enable scalable analysis and integration with key systems.

Qualifications

What you should have:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, ideally within financial services or consumer lending.
