Mass General Brigham Health Plan is seeking a collaborative and technically skilled Senior MassHealth Encounter Data Analyst to support critical regulatory reporting and analytics initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of business, compliance, and data engineering, playing a key role in translating complex regulatory requirements into actionable technical solutions.
Approximately 50% of this role focuses on cross-functional partnership, working closely with internal stakeholders—including Compliance and Risk Adjustment teams—as well as external regulatory agencies. The Senior MassHealth Encounter Data Analyst will gather, interpret, and translate detailed regulatory requirements for MassHealth Encounter, ODAG, and CDAG reporting, ensuring developers have clear, accurate technical specifications to support compliant data submissions.
The remaining 50% of the role is highly technical, involving hands-on data analysis and development using SQL, SSRS, and SSIS. This includes designing, validating, and optimizing data pipelines and reports, as well as performing in-depth analysis to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with regulatory expectations.
