The Team:
Upstart’s Servicing Analytics team partners closely with Operations, Product, and leadership teams to improve borrower outcomes and operational effectiveness across the servicing lifecycle. The team combines deep business understanding with analytical rigor to drive strategy, operational insights, experimentation, and scalable reporting solutions.
As a Staff Data Analyst at Upstart, you will serve as a strategic analytics partner to Operations and Product leaders, helping shape servicing strategy through data-driven insights and scalable reporting solutions. You will work across ambiguous and evolving business problems, independently identifying opportunities, diagnosing trends, and influencing decision-making with clear analytical recommendations.
