Position Overview:
As part of the talented Brunswick Boat Group team, you will play a key supporting role in the development and execution of strategic initiatives across the division. This entry-level role supports Boat Group’s strategy by analyzing financial data, conducting market research, and contributing to fact-based insights that inform BBG leadership decision-making. The analyst will gain exposure to a broad range of strategic and financial topics while working cross-functionally across the organization.

Essential Functions:
Gather, analyze, and synthesize financial and operational data to support strategic decision-making
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business insights and recommendations
Assist in the development of data-driven fact bases and executive-ready materials for leadership review
Partner with division and functional teams to support data collection, analysis, and insight generation

Strategic planning
Portfolio strategy and analysis
Financial and business performance analysis
Channel strategy and execution support
