As a Strategy Business Partner Analyst, you’ll play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making, collaborating closely with Strategy Business Partners and cross-functional teams across Latam to support impactful initiatives and operational efficiencies. You’ll leverage your technical skills in data extraction, analysis, and modeling to uncover trends, build clear deliverables, and inform strategic choices. Role Responsibilities Support Strategy Business Partners and commercial leads by extracting and analyzing data to provide grounded, actionable recommendations. Query and analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, or R to uncover operational trends, growth opportunities, and efficiencies across DiDi Food. Build, track, and maintain key performance metric dashboards and routine reports to ensure high data accuracy and business visibility. Contribute to strategic projects by executing data modeling, quantitative analysis, and workstream tracking from planning through delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional and field teams to resolve day-to-day operational data requests and assist in process optimization. Draft structured presentations and visual reports, applying high attention to detail to translate technical analysis into clear stakeholder updates. Role Qualifications Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data modeling). Strong analytical mindset with the ability to clean, analyze, and translate complex datasets into clear, actionable findings. Solid problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward improving data accuracy and process efficiency. Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish. 1–2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or strategy, preferably in tech or a fast-paced corporate environment (relevant internship experience included). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. Experience preparing structured reports, visual dashboards, and clear presentation drafts for cross-functional stakeholders. Proven ability to collaborate across teams and effectively handle multiple day-to-day data requests concurrently.
