DescriptionThe Business Analyst will be responsible to perform analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict and enhance Supply Chain processes and system. Responsible to gather data and provide analytical support/direction for Value Analysis projects. Operate as business liaison between Supply Chain, IT, and Finance. Duties include educates on utilization of the ERP system and optimization.

- Experience with end-to-end supply chain lifecycle from point of purchase to inventory & distribution processes.

Data Systems
- Support as business liaison between Supply Chain, IT, and Finance.
- Perform data and process analysis to identify and understand supply chain issues and recommend improvement solutions.
- Responsible to define, analyze and monitor supply chain metrics to enhance supply chain business processes (open purchase orders, GHX discrepancies, fill rates, etc.).
- Interact and support all Supply Chain stakeholders (Warehouse, buyers, A/P, Rev cycle, etc.).
- Provide data and analytical support to Supply Chain leadership team and business owners.
Contract, Spend & Value Analysis Analytics and Performance
- Analyst to gather and interpret relevant supply chain data (purchasing, cost, demand and spend patterns, revenue, etc.). Direct and support MIS specialist on various analyses.
- Operate within price prediction and benchmarking tools to monitor spend trends and identify standardization and cost reduction opportunities.
- Interact with Clinical Value Analysis and Strategic Sourcing Manager to provide analytical support for Value Analysis and Contract projects and proposals.
- Ensure high level of compliance with local and GPO contracts by measuring market share, commitment and spending.
- Analyze entire portfolio of local and GPO contracts to further identify standardization opportunities.
- Interact/Support Clinical Value Analysis and Strategic Sourcing Manager to monitor and ensure GPO Standardization Program compliance.
- Search for less costly ways of doing things.
