Position Summary
The Supply Chain Data Analyst develops, maintains, and improves enterprise supply chain reporting, dashboards, and KPI scorecards that support recurring reporting cadences across Trident business units. This role extracts, cleanses, transforms, validates, and presents data from ERP systems, Excel, SharePoint, and other internal sources to provide accurate, timely, and actionable insights for leadership. The analyst partners with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Program teams to standardize metrics, improve data quality, reduce manual reporting, and support decision-making related to inventory, supplier performance, material readiness, and working capital.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, datasets, and KPI scorecards that support recurring supply chain reporting across all Trident business units.
- Extract, cleanse, validate, transform, and consolidate data from ERP systems, Excel files, SharePoint, and other internal data sources.
- Build and maintain repeatable data models, queries, measures, and visualizations that support accurate and governed reporting.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports for supply chain leadership, business unit reviews, and executive reporting cadences.
- Analyze trends and drivers related to inventory, procurement, material readiness, supplier performance, backlog, past-due exposure, and working capital; communicate findings and recommendations clearly.
