Role Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Developer with strong hands-on experience in Tableau, SQL, and modern analytics delivery. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience designing, developing, publishing, and supporting enterprise-grade Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions across the Tableau ecosystem, including Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, Tableau Server, and Tableau Cloud.
This role requires strong technical capability, excellent communication skills, business understanding, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful dashboards and reports for business users and leadership teams. The candidate should be comfortable working directly with stakeholders, gathering requirements, preparing data for analysis, optimizing dashboard performance, and supporting secure, scalable Tableau environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards, reports, and visual analytics solutions with a strong focus on usability, scalability, performance, and business value.
Work across the Tableau ecosystem, including Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, Tableau Server, and Tableau Cloud, to build, publish, manage, and support analytics solutions.
Create well-structured Tableau workbooks, dashboards, calculated fields, parameters, filters, actions, sets, groups, LOD expressions, and advanced visualizations.
