As a Quality Engineer (Tester, Manual), you will be responsible for ensuring solution quality by executing manual tests against defined requirements, user stories, and expected behavior. Your day-to-day activities will include designing test cases, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with delivery teams to ensure reliable, user-ready releases. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive manual test plans and cases that align with project requirements and user expectations
Analyze test results to identify patterns and root causes, contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes
Support and guide less experienced team members by sharing knowledge and best practices in manual testing
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software
Contribute to the refinement of quality standards and testing methodologies to elevate overall project outcomes
This role requires 5 days away per quarter mandate by the client
This role requires working on-site at the client’s office three days per week
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years SQL+ Tableau Tester experience
Minimum 5+ years QA Automation + Playwright experience
Advanced proficiency in Tableau
Associate's Degree
