Summary
The Technical Business Analyst will be a key contributor to the planning and implementation of IT programs and IT projects. This position requires strong communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization. This teammate will partner closely with strategy, development, and administrative teams to drive enterprise-wide initiatives. Within a complex, large-scale environment. The Technical Business Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, processes, and use cases to support the design and implementation of technology solutions. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors, facilitating collaboration, managing requirements, and ensuring software solutions align with both stated business goals and evolving operational needs.

Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering
- Work with leadership and business units to understand business needs, elicit requirements/use cases and use creative problem solving to help identify and develop simple and effective solutions.
- Research feasibility of requests and help determine priorities based on effort and impact.
- Understand technical options, limitations, costs, and risks. Communicate tradeoffs to business partners and work with them to shape requirements/use cases accordingly.
- Translate conceptual user requirements/use cases into clear, detailed functional requirements.
- Work with business and delivery teams to prioritize requirements/use cases.
- Manage requirements and use case scoping throughout the delivery process.
