Job Description

Our client is looking for a technical business analyst with experience on knowledge management documentation and governance and implementing and supporting RightAnswers solutions.

Qualifications

MLIS Degree or other related degree, and/or 3 years of RightAnswers or Knowledge Management experience.
Available for in-person interview at the ACCESS Building in Edmonton
Available to work on-site in Edmonton
Experience in defining knowledge base taxonomy architecture and permissions.
Experience designing, planning, implementing and supporting RightAnswers solutions in an environment equivalent in size and complexity to the Government of Alberta.
Experience in developing an effective Knowledge Management architecture encompassing an organization‘s processes and tools necessary to deliver on service goals.
Proven experience with documentation of processes and procedures.
Demonstrated experience assisting clients execute Knowledge Management strategies effecting process and IT operations. (Please provide details in your response)

Desirables
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment in which the candidate will be expected to meet weekly quotas regarding article review
Experience assisting clients execute strategies with RightAnswers, process and IT operations.
Experience in user training of knowledge management systems
