Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:
- Assess, locate, gather and save client information from a variety of sources in a timely fashion.
- Create, update, manage, share and properly save client information for client and internal use and analysis such as obtaining loss runs.
- Collect, save and manage appropriate workers’ compensation loss data for use in appropriate system and for trend analysis as requested.
- Ensure all data-related deliverables conform to data management standards so summarized data is accurate and complete.
Qualifications:

Education: High School equivalency required. Willingness to pursue industry-related designations/education preferred.

Experience: 0-2 years of office or loss information experience preferred. Property Casualty insurance background preferred but not necessary. In-depth knowledge of Excel, other software packages and online systems a plus.

Commitment: We are seeking a candidate available for part-time work (20 hours a week) for an estimated six month timeframe.

Technical Competencies: Demonstrates strong business and technology acumen by understanding organizational needs, making informed decisions, and effectively delivering technology solutions aligned with processes and procedures. Possesses excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions or improvements efficiently.
