PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Temporary Data Specialist will assist with administrative tasks and help maintain the accuracy of our client database.
***** This is a temporary, part-time position at 29 hours per week*****
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately enter and update client information, account details, and other relevant data into our company databases and systems.
- Ensure the integrity and completeness of all data by performing regular reviews and audits.
- Assist with the collection and preparation of client data for entry, ensuring all source documents are properly sorted and organized.
- Maintain client files and records, ensuring all information is kept confidential and is easily accessible when needed.
- Provide administrative support to other team members as required, which may include assisting with reports, presentations, and communication.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies by collaborating with other departments.
