GRADE AND SALARY: Anticipated salary range is $60,730.00 - $65,428.00 (MCCC Pay Grade 4 with a Bachelor's degree) annually with complete fringe benefit package. Complete fringe benefit package including competitive health insurance, free dental insurance, basic life insurance, long-term disability insurance, paid sick, vacation and personal leave, educational benefits for employee/spouse/dependents, and excellent retirement benefits. Actual salary calculated in compliance with MCCC/MTA classification system. Official transcripts will be required at the time of hire.

Job Description:
POSITION\: Full-Time Testing, Enrollment, and Data Specialist (Special Programs Coordinator): Center for Adult Education; Lawrence Campus (420 Common Street); MCCC/MTA Unit Professional Position; 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9\:00am - 5\:00pm; to accommodate testing schedules, position may require evenings and weekends (Hours may be adjusted and compensated in alignment with contractual guidelines); Pay Grade 4; Grant Funded Position
SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as the Center's lead proctor, enrollment specialist and data specialist. This position plays a critical role in the administration and management of the testing and enrollment processes at the Center for Adult Education. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of all test sessions, maintain accurate records, and facilitate a seamless enrollment experience for adult ed students.
