TraceLink Master Data Specialist 

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented TraceLink Master Data Specialist to manage and maintain the accuracy and integrity of customer master data in TraceLink. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of master data, ensuring seamless integration between SAP and TraceLink, and supporting enhancements to meet regulatory requirements such as DSCSA.

We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a TraceLink Master Data Specialist. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and maintain the accuracy and integrity of customer master data in TraceLink. The ideal candidate will be adept at daily maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of master data, ensuring seamless integration between SAP and TraceLink, and supporting enhancements to meet regulatory requirements such as DSCSA.

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, TraceLink Master Data Specialist, are to:

 

Daily Maintenance of Master Data:

  • Manage and update master data for new customers in the system.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all relevant platforms.

End-to-End Master Data Oversight:

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of master data from SAP to TraceLink.
  • Ensure smooth integration and data flow between systems, including onboarding requirements and creation of service links in both test and production environments.
  • Collaborate with the Process/Data Governance Lead and DSCSA Lead to implement new requirements from DSCSA.
  • Work with the TraceLink TAM for implementation of new DSCSA requirements.

Exception Reporting and Error Management:

  • Utilize exception reporting tools to identify and rectify data errors proactively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any failed Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) from SAP into TraceLink within 48 hours.
  • Collaborate with D&L, Process/Data Governance Lead, and DSCSA Lead in troubleshooting and resolving EPCIS Serialized files within 24-48 hours.
  • Submit and monitor TraceLink cases related to data exceptions and corrections, working with TraceLink NSMs for onboarding errors and ensuring cases are resolved and closed.

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience in master data management, pharmaceutical, and supply chain is a plus.
  • SAP and/or TraceLink experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as DSCSA is a plus.
